Working from home residual income is something that can change your life. It’s a type of income that will free you from having to work at a job. So how do you go about making residual income from home? The best way is to use the internet and start a website. The site itself can be a business where you offer products or services or it can be one that you put ads up. In any case, the end goal here is to create residual income.

There are many type of work at home opportunities that are out there. Those can be great to have since you’ll be able to work from the comfort of your own home. However, if it’s something that you are doing that pays you by the hour or by the assignments you complete, then that’s not residual income. Say you write articles from home and someone pays you $5 per article. This can be okay but if you want to have residual income, you have to set it up so that you only have to do the work once and get paid on it over and over again.

In this example, instead of writing for $5 an article, you can write those articles and publish it up on your own website. By doing this, you won’t get paid right away but over time, assuming that you know how to get traffic, you will be able to bring in money from that one article you wrote over and over again. Now create 1,000 articles and things can really start to get interesting. Of course, in order to do all of this, you will need to know what to do. You can find out more by doing some research on niche internet marketing and learn what it takes to work from home and make residual income.

Posted by Dan Feildman | Home Business,Uncategorized | Friday 18 December 2009 6:45 AM

If you have a family with children, or work out of your home, you likely have experienced the frustration of waiting in line for your turn to make a phone call, or have gotten in trouble for mixing your work life with your home life. There is a simple solution to these dilemmas however, in the form of a two line cordless phone.

Two line cordless phones allow you to have two separate phone lines within the same phone system or set up. It is similar to an office phone network, but is now conveniently available for home cordless phone systems. These phone systems are particularly useful for professionals who work out of the home either full time or part of the time. For incoming calls, most phones have the option to choosing different ring tones for calls of professional and/or personal nature so you can answer calls properly. This makes life in a home with a home office easier; you don’t need a dedicated line or phone  set up and special phone jacks for each line, and you won’t be having to scramble to the “work” phone before it transfers directly to voicemail or the answering machine.

With a two line phone system, you can also have the option of conducting crystal clear conference calls, or putting one call on hold to make a second call with the same handheld device. Most phones also allow for conference between the two lines. This mean you can call one party, put them on hold and then call another person and hook everybody up on the same conference call. You might also consider looking into an expandable system. Some two line systems are expandable up to ten individual handsets, which means that even in a large home, a phone will never be too far out of reach. And with the expandable phone systems you can either make calls or receive calls from either phone line without regard to which base stations are physically connected to the phone lines.

The latest in phone technology products allows you the convenience of two line cordless phones in the comfort of your home, and you never have to worry about mixing work time with personal time again.
